What was developed

BiFC-dCas13 records interaction history via fluorescence, NanoBiT-dCas13 measures dynamic change through luminescence, and split-TurboID-dCas13 explores proteins near the interaction.

What the team found

Using NEAT1–NONO as a model, the team identified YTHDC1 as supporting paraspeckle formation by stabilizing NEAT1.

Clinical interpretation

These tools may support future mechanism and target research. They have not been validated in patients and are not a diagnostic, clinical trial or approved treatment. They should not be presented as an available therapy.
