AMED GRiT selects eight global rare-disease development programs

Selection for AMED support is not regulatory approval. The key signal is movement toward multinational clinical development.

Eight programs selected

The portfolio includes sirolimus for Pendred syndrome/DFNB4, a LAT1 inhibitor in biliary tract cancer, CTX-712 in AML/MDS, an oncolytic virus for rare soft-tissue tumors and anti-CCR4 CAR-T for T-cell malignancies.
